Yes, thanks to a human love for expression, variety, curiosity, and experimentation: there are more breeds/types of dogs (400 +) than any other mammal.

All dogs came from the woof! I mean, the wolf...

Apparently, some wolves were more gentle, and easier to tame.

Dogs can be genetically traced back to The East/The Orient.

And dogs have not only given us great companionship; they have also helped us survive, by protecting us, our property, the fruits of farming...
